• Optimized content accross the enterprise by refining the site in terms of links, usability,
performance, and design
• Utilized CMS tools such as Sitecore 8, WordPress, and other in-house systems to upload and maintain
content that makes Cleveland Clinic a leader in the healthcare industry
• Assisted a content team with team building ideas, quality assurance, UI improvements, and broad
marketing projects

• Redesigned the firms website using Wordpress, Elementor, HTML5, CSS, and various integrations to be
fully responsive
• Updated and maintained site pages, posts, security, themes, plugins, front and backend to ensure site
content runs smoothly
• Managed CRM through Contact forms and social media campaigns to more effectively respond to new and
existing clients

• Wrote product descriptions, blog posts, edit photos and videos for YouTube, using Photoshop, Premier
Pro, Magento and WordPress
• Executed brand research to see how our brand performed in reviews, comments, organic search and content,
so we could improve the brand
• Improved site SEO by performing maintenance such as fixing backlinks, writing meta-descriptions and
making sure content was quality for google ranking
